ABOUT US
Rio's Construction LLC serves as a leading home improvement construction company in the South Jersey area. The company was founded by Jurandi Souza de Oliveira (also known as Junior to Jay), a family man born and raised in Brazil. The company's unique logo and the name were inspired by Brazil's famous sugarloaf mountain located in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil. The Bright colors of our logo represent the Brazilian flag. Green represents Nature. Blue represents the water in Brazil which is the most drinkable water in the entire world. Last but not least, yellow represents the gold, a rich source located in Minas Gerais.

PLANNING
DANIEL
Daniel started in the trades at 12 yrs old working for his uncles on the weekends. He became crew leader at 18 and eventually foreman at the age of 25. Daniel ran his own renovations business until he moved to Cape May County in 2012 along with his wife. Daniel accepted a position with Morey's Resorts as their hotel facilities supervisor when he relocated. This entailed maintaining 3 hotels, 4 pools common areas to ensure a great experience for the guests. After the birth of his daughter in 2014 he needed a more stable schedule and accepted a union carpenter position in the City of Cape May. All of that has led him here to Rio's where he enjoys helping homeowners through the exciting process of their projects.
DANIEL

His experience has gifted him with knowledge on high end residential construction, building science, site improvements, new home construction and purchasing. Brad's Priority is on home completion and customer delight. Presented with Project Manager of the year by the Builders League of South Jersey, Community of the year for Traditions at Laurel Oak in Voorhees by Builder's League of South Jersey, Community of the year for Summerhill in Delran by Pulte Homes, Top Gun Program with Pulte Homes.
